Roles Overview

Wingspan Technology is searching for a strong learner to fill the entry-level role of eTMF Service Support Expert. You should be able to quickly understand the workings of complex computer systems and have the skills to help clients resolve their operational challenges.

Job Functions

  • Come up to speed quickly on complex systems
  • Learn how to troubleshoot client issues
  • Follow documented issue-resolution processes
  • Consistently deliver high-quality service to our clients
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned


  • Must be within commuting distance of Blue Bell, PA
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including 7AM to 7PM
  • Must be legally authorized to work and remain in the United States permanently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including telephone interactions as well as preparing and delivering presentations
  • Must have a high school diploma

Skill Set

  • Ability to learn quickly and ask probing questions
  • Ability to explain detailed processes clearly and accurately
  • Superior problem solving skills
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Energy or other regulated industries is not required, but would be a significant advantage
