Mr. Deck has more than 20 years of experience in developing high-level information systems. He pioneered several high security banking systems used throughout the world and in the recent past, created one of the first subscription-based E-zines. Mr. Deck led the successful development effort to extend GENEVA technology to client-server.
Kathie oversees the development of the Wingspan eTMF and other Wingspan products servicing the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical industries. With over 20 years of experience as an information technology professional in Life Sciences, Kathie assists Wingspan in product management, marketing and business development. Prior to joining Wingspan, Kathie served as Director of Product Management at NextDocs and Director of Professional Services at GlobalSubmit. Her years at First Consulting Group also add to her in-depth expertise in the field. Kathie graduated with honors from The Pennsylvania State University with the following degrees: Master of Engineering, Engineering Science and Bachelor of Science, Industrial Engineering.
As a Chief Technology Officer for Wingspan products, Martin sets the technical direction and provides software engineering leadership at Wingspan. He brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise application stacks, Documentum and ERP integration, and effective software development practices for global enterprise applications and desktop-based consumer software. Martin is a member of the Philly ETE and Philly Area Scala Enthusiasts organizing committees. Prior to joining Wingspan, Martin founded and was President of Ethermoon Entertainment, a video game development company. He has held various executive and leadership positions in Philadelphia, Boston, and Silicon Valley. Martin has also published a variety of technical articles and books, and presented at numerous conferences across the country. As Wingspan’s Chief Information Officer, Ted is responsible for the management and operation of our SaaS solutions
He brings over 16 years of experience in new product strategy, project management, product development, quality assurance, unit/system testing, implementation, installation, and support. Prior to joining Wingspan, Ted worked for Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant. He has also been a part of various projects within the Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Retail, Energy, Healthcare, Telecommunications, and Publishing industries.
Ted graduated from Villanova University and holds a BS in Computer Engineering.

As the Life Sciences Solutions Architect, Robert is responsible for performing product comparisons and evaluations for clients in both imaging applications and SharePoint/Documentum integrations. He is also in charge of implementing Trial Master File applications for multiple clients to input, store, manage, and track essential documents.
He brings over 20 years of experience designing and developing Document Management and Imaging applications/products for numerous pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. His area of expertise is in the Clinical Trial Management area with a specialization in the integration of imaging applications with Document Management solutions.
Bob graduated from Wilkes University and holds a BS in Computer Science.

Tim Kroboth is Senior Director, Business Development, a position he was appointed to in 2014. In this role, Tim is responsible for all aspects of the company’s business development efforts and the global adoption of Wingspan eTMF.
For the past 20 years, Tim has worked with his clients to help them realize business goals through technology. His experience covers business development, key account management and sales leadership roles in a variety of vertical markets including the Life Sciences, where he has focused for the past 15 years. Prior to joining Wingspan, Tim spent five years as a Sales Director with NextDocs.
Tim earned his degree from The Ohio State University and currently resides with his family in Raleigh, North Carolina.
As a Sr. Director in our Professional Services organization, Lou is responsible defining implementation approaches for our platform of products. Using these plans and approaches, Lou has led eTMF implementations across the spectrum, from our smallest clients to our largest eTMF client. He brings over 20 years of experience building and delivering enterprise-level systems for collaboration, content management, and compliance. Lou’s strengths in large-scale data migration are key as our clients migrate ongoing and legacy studies into the Wingspan eTMF.
As the Director of Professional Services, Terri leads the BA team in the elicitation and documentation of requirements (functional and user) and associated business processes for internal Wingspan projects. Additionally, Terri is a Wingspan Project Manager for eMTF implementations at client sites. She has over 10 years experience in Life Sciences, with a particular focus in the pharmaceutical industry.
Terri graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a BS in Biomedical Engineering. She also has a MBA with a concentration in Pharmaceutical Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.

As the Director of Operations, Rose is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily activities of the organization, as well as reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. She brings over 20 years of experience in finance and other industries.
Prior to joining Wingspan, Rose spent 11 years at Envirite Corporation managing over $5 million in accounts receivables.
Rose graduated from Holy Family College and Bucks County College with degrees in Psychology and Accounting, respectively.

As Director of Quality Assurance, BJ focuses on quality policies and procedures that will allow Wingspan to consistently deliver high quality software and services and ensures our methodology meets compliance requirements. He brings over 30 years of experience in various testing, methodology, and risk management techniques. A former chair for SPIN (Software Process Improvement Network), he has hands on experience with methodologies such as Waterfall, Modified Waterfall, RUP, RAD, Agile, Summit D/Ascendant, and others.
Prior to joining Wingspan, BJ worked at LIQUENT, FCG, and NSTL in areas ranging from testing to testing methodologies and strategies to Quality Management Systems. He has also presented at different conferences across the country.
BJ has a Masters Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics.
Robert leads the rollout of Wingspan solutions within the IQVIA Clinical Research Organization, the world’s largest CRO business. His extensive Life Sciences software implementation expertise is built upon over 20 years of experience for full-lifecycle program and project management at the enterprise level. Robert has broad subject matter expertise in FDA and GxP-regulated industries such as Pharma/Biotech, Devices, Food Safety, and Personal Care. He has spoken at industry forums and authored publications on quality control solutions.
Robert graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science, Industrial Engineering and The Pennsylvania State University with a Masters in Software Engineering. He has also earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
